Shipping policy
At Broken Sigil, we ensure that the journey of an artifact from our Archive to your sanctuary is as seamless as possible. To maintain the purity of the experience, we provide Complimentary Global Dispatch on all orders across our active territories.
I. The Curation Phase (Processing) Once your intent is signaled through an order, the Architect personally oversees the fulfillment process.
Processing Window: 1–5 business days for artifacts to be prepared and leave our network.
Notification: You will receive an "Initiation" email upon purchase, followed by a "Transit" notification containing your tracking credentials once the artifact departs.
II. Global Transit Timelines We utilize global logistics channels to deliver our curated pieces worldwide. Once dispatched, please observe the following estimated temporal windows:
United Kingdom & Europe: 6–15 business days.
USA & Canada: 8–15 business days.
Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days.
Rest of the World: 9–21 business days.
Note: These are temporal estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal rituals, or high-volume periods may influence the final arrival date.
III. Restricted Territories Due to current logistical constraints within our network, the Archive cannot dispatch artifacts to the following coordinates: Argentina, Ascension Island, Bosnia and Herzegovina, British Indian Ocean Territory, Chile, Ecuador, Iceland, India, Kuwait, Philippines, and Tristan da Cunha.
IV. The Cost of Passage & Customs
Standard Dispatch: Complimentary (€0.00) globally.
Import Duties: As artifacts cross international thresholds, the recipient is the importer of record. Any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are levied by your local government and cannot be covered by the Archive.
V. Archival Tracking Most artifacts include end-to-end tracking. Please allow 3–5 days after dispatch for the initial tracking data to manifest in the carrier's system. In certain regions, tracking may only update once the package enters your national territory.
VI. Fragmented Deliveries (Split Shipments) To ensure the swift release of your items, orders containing multiple artifacts may arrive in separate packages. This occurs when items are dispatched from different archival wings. You will receive unique tracking details for each package.
VII. Delivery Anomalies If an artifact is lost in the void or arrives in a compromised state, you must notify the Architect at info@brokensigil.eu.
Damage Claims: Please report any physical discrepancies within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
VIII. Address Integrity The Architect is not responsible for artifacts lost due to incorrect coordinates provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is absolute. If an item is returned to our hub due to a delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange a second transit (additional fees may apply for re-shipment).
