How do I find my ideal fit?
Every garment in the Archive is unique. We provide detailed measurements in the "Sizing Architecture" section of each product page. We strongly advise measuring a similar piece you already own before committing to a purchase.
Will an item be restocked once it vanishes?
The Order thrives on scarcity. While some "Core Artifacts" may return, many pieces are part of limited summonings. If a sigil is broken, it may never be mended.
The Summoning (Shipping)
When will my artifact arrive?
As your piece is meticulously sourced from our global archives, the summoning ritual typically takes 7 to 20 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once the seal on your package has been set.
Are there hidden tolls (Customs/VAT)?
For our initiates within the European Union, the price you see is final—taxes are included, and no customs tolls should apply. For those outside the EU, please be aware that your local authorities may impose their own duties upon arrival.
The Pact (Returns & Exchanges)
What is your return policy?
If a piece does not resonate with you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. In accordance with EU law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order once it is received.
Where do I send returns?
All returns are processed at our central archive in Portugal. To begin the process, please transmit an email to info@brokensigil.eu. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the initiate unless the artifact arrived damaged.

How do I reach the Architect?
If you require guidance that is not found within this Compendium, transmit your inquiry to info@brokensigil.eu. The Architect reviews all messages personally and will respond within one solar cycle (24 hours).
